I’ve hired McCourt for years to service my heating/cooling and have always been extremely pleased! After a call to Laura at 7:00 p.m., who is always pleasant and reassuring, Kevin, Mike and Tristan showed up at my door the next morning at 8:00 a.m. to replace a broken water heater. Their response time is commendable and their professionalism and knowledge are impressive. I highly recommend the entire team!

McCourt installed 3 indoor units on our 2nd floor and a ducted system in our unfinished basement for our entire 1st floor. A friend had recommended McCourt’s services to us and they did not disappoint. From Mike’s initial walkthrough to Laura at the office and finally, Kevin personally overseeing the installation, we only experienced professionalism from the entire team. The crew wore masks the entire time while inside the house and were very efficient with their time – they were half a day ahead of schedule in fact. We are very pleased with our system and would absolutely recommend their services.

I was helping my elderly aunt get her house ready for sale in 2021. When there was a sudden AC outage, we panicked, but in the middle of a very busy summer month, the folks at McCourt made the time to help her. A month later, again they made the time to service her HW heater once the house was being sold. Everyone from the office manager to the techs are kind, helpful people who truly embody what it means to be “service oriented.” They are wonderful to their community and this is the model that all businesses should follow for success. Five stars out of five!!

Kevin and his team are top-notch! We’ve worked with them on a number of projects over the years, including our house conversion from radiant baseboard to forced hot air during our home renovation last year, annual services, etc. Each time the McCourt crew pulls up I know we’re in good hands. They’re honest, reliable, professional, and most importantly offer fair prices and give suggestions/recommendations that can be trusted.

McCourt did a great job installing central air in my older home – I only wish I had done it earlier! The whole process was seamless. Their office team is responsive and very clear. Team showed up exactly on time the day of installation and was experienced and professional. Everything was cleaned up completely when they left – it didn’t even look like an installation had happened. That’s quite remarkable in a house as old as mine! Unfortunately, my AC stopped cooling on a hot July day. I called and spoke to Laura at McCourt, who was friendly and ready to help. Within a short time, she texted me and told me “Mikey” was on his way. Time from my initial call to his arrival at my door was 45 minutes. He readily diagnosed and fixed the problem with the proper parts from his truck. Mikey was great…so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly! I’m sure he’s viewed as a great asset to the company. Don’t hesitate to give this company a call– McCourt Heating and Cooling is top-notch.

Kevin and his crew will always go above and beyond. Kevin installed an AC unit 8 years ago at my Poughkeepsie house with great results. This February he traveled to my cabin in the Adirondacks when I was without heat in an extreme freezing situation. McCourt heating and cooling replied to my inquiry in a prompt and professional manner in November 2016. They gave a reasonable estimate and performed the installation quickly, neatly, and competently. The product installed was a heat pump and air conditioning unit. I bought it for the cooling and dehumidifier effect of our Hudson valley muggy summers. It works!!! As a bonus, the heating unit is super efficient and almost replaces my existing oil burner/ hot water system. My wife didn’t want bulky wall-hanging units. Kevin and his team placed a few well-positioned ceiling vents. My house is now super comfortable in all seasons! I had a minor glitch, the thermostat showed an error code, McCourt team came out, checked it out, reset it, and solved the issue( no charge!) I have zero reservations about referring anyone to McCourt hearing and cooling. In fact, I did refer a family member, and they are equally pleased!

Just now the crew finished up installing a brand new furnace for us. What an amazing, efficient, knowledgeable crew. We called and they came. Everyone involved, from my initial call to the office to the first crew member who quickly came to diagnose the problem and finally the install crew, was friendly and on top of everything! What could have been a difficult experience was just the opposite. Within hours we’re warm and settled again. Thank you McCourt Heating and Cooling!
